Update: Microfunding Pty Ltd, Taurus Equity Pty Ltd and Jamal Holdings placed into liquidation

On 29 October 2024, FD Legal secured a Supreme Court order placing Microfunding Pty Ltd into liquidation. On 5 November 2024, similar orders were obtained for Taurus Equity Pty Ltd and Jamal Holdings Pty Ltd. FD Legal offers assistance to affected investors.

On 5 November 2024, FD Legal obtained an order of the Supreme Court of Queensland placing:

  1. Taurus Equity Pty Ltd into liquidation; and
  2. Jamal Holdings Pty Ltd into liquidation.
